Bristol might not be the first place that springs to mind when you think of mountain biking, but it has some great trails, all within easy reach of the city centre.
We are lucky enough to live within a mile of the Bath Two Tunnels Greenway. This family friendly cycle path takes you out of the City of Bath, through two disused railway tunnels into the countryside.
Getting the kids riding bikes is a real achievement. Keeping them enjoying the riding experience is another mission!

I was very impressed with the structure of the Balanceability course. The target age group have a notoriously short attention span so keeping them engaged for 45 minutes is not easy! Each class followed a similar structure. An off the bike warm up followed by a re-cap of the previous weeks skills with fresh activities added on to introduce new skills.
