Hi! I am Carrianne, a forty year old living in Bath with my husband and two young sons. I love adventure, traveling to new places and getting outside as much as possible. I love sharing my experiences as a family travel blogger and I feel passionately that a little adventure can be life’s antidote.
I started ownthetrail.co.uk way back in 2012 as a fun way to blog and share my outdoors adventures. Since kids have come along, not much has changed and I love sharing my enjoyment for adventure with them. Everything from taking to them mountains at 7 weeks old to camping trips and biking fun.
I am keen snowboarder and I try and squeeze in two trips to the mountains a year. I also love hitting the trails on my mountain bike, riding locally around Bath and further afield when I get the opportunity.
