I was very impressed with the structure of the Balanceability course. The target age group have a notoriously short attention span so keeping them engaged for 45 minutes is not easy! Each class followed a similar structure. An off the bike warm up followed by a re-cap of the previous weeks skills with fresh activities added on to introduce new skills.
I love exploring parts of the UK that I haven’t been too before so when planning our bank holiday get-a-away we decided to head to the New Forest. Which despite being pretty much on our doorstep we hadn’t visited before!
Family day out in the excellent and beautiful Forest of Dean. Cycling on the family trail and zip wire fun at the National Dive Centre.
We chose the Bath to Bristol cycle path for our first ever family cycling trip.
